There’s no programme to follow
No countdown clock, no run sheet. Worship starts, and it goes where it goes.
You can just sit there
Stand, sit, sing, don’t sing. Prayer is offered, never pushed.

Getting to 155 Gleaves St.
Just north of Metro Nashville — still part of the city, and a straight run up I-65 from downtown.
01 — Take I-65 north out of Nashville
Stay right at the 24/65 split, following signs for Madison / Goodlettsville.
02 — Exit 96, Rivergate Parkway
Turn right at the bottom of the ramp.
03 — Half a mile, then right onto Gleaves
The turn comes up just before Gallatin Pike.

What time are your services?
Sundays at 10:30 AM and Wednesdays at 6:00 PM, Central time, at 155 Gleaves St, Madison, TN 37115. Both gatherings are also streamed live.
Where do you meet, and is there parking?
155 Gleaves St, Madison, TN 37115 — just north of Metro Nashville. Take I-65 north, Exit 96 at Rivergate Parkway, turn right, then right onto Gleaves just before Gallatin Pike. Parking is on site, out front.
Is there a dress code?
No. In the church’s own words: there’s no routine, schedule, requirements or dress codes. Come as you are.
What actually happens in a gathering?
Worship, prayer, the Word and spontaneous song, in a seamless flow rather than a fixed programme. The motto is “no agendas, just Jesus,” and no two meetings are the same.
Are children and families welcome?
Yes — everyone is welcome, with no age limits. Families are in the room together.
Can I watch if I can’t be there?
Yes. Every Sunday and Wednesday gathering streams live on the church’s YouTube channel at service time and stays in the archive afterwards, free, going back years.
Who leads the church?
Pastors Carl and Leann Albrecht, who started The Well in their living room in September 2007 after three decades in the modern worship movement.
How can I give?
